American sound and recording engineer, currently based in Australia. Beck started out interning at Daily Planet Studios, T-Town Recorders, Room One in Tacoma Washington and Bad Animals in Seattle, Washington before moving to Los Angeles, where he worked at MCA Studios and Ocean Way and did live sound at The Opium Den and Viper Room. In 2000, he moved to Sydney, Australia, and became chief engineer at [l281839] when it moved to West Gosford, New South Wales in 2019.
