American Hawaiian songwriter and vocalist.
Born in Paia, Maui in 1919.
Wife of jazz guitarist/vocalist George Tautu Archer and mother of George Archer, Jr. (1938-199), who was also a musician. Archer and his wife composed songs that mixed Hawaiian and Tahitian aspects, transforming Hawaiian music.
