Swedish pop singer, born 30 September 1964 in Solna, Sweden.

She started as a back up singer for Lili & Sussie. She released her big hit People Say It's In The Air in 1988 and in 1989 she followed with the major hits Where Were You Last Night and I Was Made For Loving You. In 1993 Ankie released her last album From The Heart. She was also one of the backing vocalists when Tommy Nilsson competed in Melodifestivalen in 1989.
