Legendary steel guitarist, songwriter and guitar maker from San Antonio, Texas. He was reported to have passed away in 2023.

One of the original members of George Chambers And The Country Gentlemen, he also did booking for them. He also performed with Willie Nelson. And he was a regular session musician.

He also built steel guitars (called Blantons).
