Dave Smith is an American bassist located in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. He has worked as a session and touring musician for a number of artists including Jonny Lang, Buddy Guy, John Mayall, Cat Power, Norah Jones, Luther Allison and Derek Trucks. Dave was inducted into the NARAS (The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences) Hall of Fame.
