Austin, Texas drummer, composer, songwriter and producer who co-owned the Austin Rehearsal Complex and co-founded the SIMS Foundation. Harvey leads the instrumental ensemble A Is Red.
Harvey was raised in New York and lived in Tel Aviv, Israel from 1975-1980. He moved to Los Angeles after this, then relocated to Austin in 1989.
