Swedish music collective, formed in 1999. The group was loosely united and drew its members from a circle of over thirty people.

The musical style is a mixture of dub, house and electronic rhythms.

The group was formed when sixteen artists and musicians traveled together to a seaside resort outside Montevideo in Uruguay. They played around the Nordic countries, including at the Roskilde Festival and the Hultsfreds Festival, as well as in South America.

In addition to the band, former members of Moder Jords Massiva run an independent record label, Flora & Fauna.
