American bassist. Fox began his music career in Washington DC, where he was a founding member of punk band United Mutation in 1980. He also formed the group Bullhead in 1998.
In 1995, Fox began working at McMurdo Station in Antarctica, where he was member of the bands Anesthesia, Son Of Prog, and Mrs. Chippy. Back in the United States, Fox lived in Colorado and played with the bands The Jane Wymans and Birdmanray.
