Richard Fairman





Described as Sound Archivist, British Library in a 2008 broadcast on American NPR and in a BBC World Services programme in 2000 as British Library's Richard Fairman discusses their new CD, 'History of the 20th Century in Sound Bites'

In a 2013 posting on the Opera News website he is described: RICHARD FAIRMAN has been a music critic for the Financial Times since 1988. He is also Audio Manager at the British Library, where he oversees the audio CD label of spoken-word recordings.

A 7 May 2021 Financial Times review is credited to him.
