Originally formed as The Donkeys in Fukuoka, Kyushu region during the '80s, renamed to Chaos CH while they were still based in Fukuoka, then later relocated to Osaka where the band's former vocalist Yasuhiro Mihara met Motomu (aka No. 6 / Nira / Chatter). The new Chaos CH based in Osaka during the early '90s initially featured dual vocals by Yasuhiro and Motomu for a while.

The band went on a hiatus around 1997, got back together as Chaos Channel in the late 2000's.
