Swedish vocalist, guitar player, technician and music producer, born 16 December 1948 in Sandviken.
He grew up in Gothenburg where in the 1970s he was a member of the dance band Peter Pan. He has produced records for bands such as Thorleifs, Max, Kennys, Bert Bennys, Tonix, Four Seven, Carols, Hobsons, Canders and Hux Flux. As a technician he has worked on productions for bands such as Streaplers, Thor-Erics, Flamingokvintetten, Curt Haagers and Chiquita Brass.[3] He has also produced TV programs such as Popin, Säpop and Trackslistan and participated in various productions from Sveriges Television in Växjö.
Alf Pilnäs was married to Ane-Marie Nielsen (born 1953) from 1977 to 1983 and since 1989 he has been married to Kristin Bakken Pilnäs (born 1952), whose daughter
Jessica Pilnäs took her stepfather's name. Alf married Kristin Pilnäs in 1986 when their daughter Lone Pilnäs was also born.
Alf Pilnäs was employed at Sveriges Television from 1983 to 2007. as, among other things, producer/picture producer.
