American arranger, producer, label owner, and businessman from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Founded the record label [l261529], as well as [l187881], [l219628] and [l52165] with partner Lennie Martin.

Guarino was responsible for launching the careers of several well known recording artists including The Skyliners, best known for their hit [m=537502], in addition to the British duo Chad & Jeremy who reached #7 on the US charts with A Summer Song.

Later in his career, he purchased [l313252], the largest record pressing plant in the country.
