Swedish jazz journalist and producer. He was 1983-2006 editor of the jazz magazine Orkesterjournalen, born October 15, 1948 in Sollefteå, died October 19, 2023.
Between 1983 and 2006 he was the editor of the jazz magazine Orkesterjournalen, and also contributed to the Swedish Jazz History project, which was completed in 2006. He also authored a number of jazz books (f.i., Jazz - musik, människor, miljöer, with Jan Bruér, published in several editions) and contributed as a writer to The New Grove Dictionary of Jazz.
He also produced about 250 jazz records, both reissues and new releases. Mostly released by [l42727] which he founded and ran together with Leif Collin.
