American conductor, arranger and teacher
Born May 29, 1915, died September 7, 2001. By the mid 60's, Buketoff was Music Director of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Orchestra and of the Iceland Symphony Orchestra. Previously, he was Conductor of the New York Philharmonic Young People's Concerts from 1948 to 1953.
