Victor Padilla aka The Mighty V.I.C. (V.I.C.) is a producer from New York and an original member of The Beatnuts (until the Stone Crazy album).
Also worked with Godfather Don as the Groove Merchantz and later formed Ghetto Professionals with Mike Heron.
