Simpkins (formerly Drums In Minor) was a rock band from Gothenburg active between 1988 and 1995. Part of the wave of young Swedish garage rock bands emerging in the early ’90s, Simpkins recorded three albums – two of which were released on the Gothenburg-based label Sunspot Records, with EMI Publishing as their publisher.
In 1994, the band was licensed to Snap Records for international distribution. However, the launch was short-lived, as MNW shut down Snap Records the following year.
