Singer and founder of
Denner since 2005, with Adam Humphreys in Brooklyn, NY. The group - now based in Rennes - has released three LP albums. And launched at the beginning of 2021 in a series of three 12 EPs with 4 tracks on the independent label Meidosem Records.
He was part of the group
Transpolis from the end of the 80's. Alongside Denner, he also initiated various side-projects such as
Dry Monopole (present on the compilation Des Jeunes Gens Mödernes vol 1 or a Tuxedomoon Tribute) or Deported, a project about his expulsion from the United States.
Gilles Le Guen is also a DJ. He created a Mix Series called Decadanse where he develops over four volumes sounds from February 1978 to September 1983, faithful to the cold wave, synth-pop and post punk of his youth. He collaborated with Marc Colin of the group Nouvelle Vague for a mix of improbable covers of pop classics by new wave groups.
He has also contributed to several books and music publications as an editor.
