Spindle was an alternative rock band from Los Angeles, CA formed in 1992 by Carolyn Edwards along with bassist Greg Mora, in which she sang lead, played rhythm guitar, and wrote songs (along with a few co-writes with Greg Mora, who later formed the band Fluorescein). Bernard Yin from Samba Hell joined on guitar, and Danny Westman (who later played with Down by Law and T.S.O.L) joined as the drummer. The band was courted by Interscope and recorded a demo for the label; however, the label passed on signing the band and Spindle broke up in 1994.
