Besides being a recording artist, she has also been a background and commercial jingle singer.
Her songs have been recorded by artists across a wide musical spectrum from country music legend Eddy Arnold to Jazz and R&B artist Randy Crawford.
She charted 5 times as a solo artist on the U.S. country charts from 1969 to 1976, with My Guy (the Smokey Robison-written song) being the highest--topping out at #46. She also charted with two duets with Jimmie Peters--I Hate the Way Our Love Is, #78; and First Class Fool, #98, both in 1979.
