Jill Haley is an American oboe and English horn player. She is a founding member of the trio One Alternative and a frequent guest musician on recent albums by William Ackerman. She has also released a solo album, Glacier Landscapes, and a collaboration with her husband, guitarist David Cullen, Exploding Colors.
