Wolfgang Keili Keilhofer was a highly respected figure in the German music scene, particularly in Nuremberg, where he enjoyed a cult status as a guitarist. He began his musical journey with the progressive rock band Blister Chap, recording two albums that are highly sought after today. Keilhofer was also a long-time member of the NC Brown Blues Band. In addition to his work with bands, Keilhofer collaborated with international artists like Jack Bruce and Kevin Coyne during their tours. His versatility as a musician extended to session work, where he played with various artists including Peter Hammer, Rudi Madsius Band, Evert Fraterman, and many others. Keilhofer's distinctive style and commitment to the blues and rock genres made him a staple in Nuremberg's music community since the 1990s. Known for his signature flat cap and sunglasses, he was a beloved figure among fans and fellow musicians. In addition to his musical talents, Keilhofer also explored visual arts, successfully painting and exhibiting his work.
