Luís Fernandes is a Portuguese folk musician, a multi-instrumentalist, with viola braguesa being his preferred instrument, he is also a cultural programmer and a music educator, the director of the association d’Orfeu, and member of the traditional folklore group Toques do Caramulo. Younger brother of Artur Fernandes.
