1978 - Co-formed and fronted the band THE LAST CHANT.

1981 - Joined the band BLACK co-writing and playing Keyboards and Guitar.

1981-1986 – Sound engineer at Benson Street Studios in Liverpool.

1983 - Signed to Warners Brothers Records. Released 5 singles and 1 album
and toured with ORANGE JUICE and THE THOMPSON TWINS.

1987-1989 - House engineer at Pink in Liverpool, produced and engineered BLACK’s 2 million selling album ‘WONDERFUL LIFE’ seven hit singles worldwide and the very successful follow-up 'COMEDY' for A&M Records.
1989 – Moved to London as a freelance producer/engineer.

SHERYL CROW, DAVE STEWART, BELINDA CARLISLE, KT TUNSTALL,
JANE SIBERRY, NERINA PALLOT, IMOGEN HEAP, MARCELLA DETROIT,
ED HARCOURT, RON SEXSMITH, CHRIS DIFFORD, to name a few.
UK, Europe, and South East Asia as FOH engineer for
KIKI DEE, MINT ROYALE, ANNABEL LAMB, MELANIE GARSIDE, MOKE, MUST, GRANDADBOB and one off shows and festivals for many other acts.

2000-2005 – Part-time lecturer at Thames Valley University (London)
teaching Music Business and Live Sound modules.

4 tours of USA, 1 in Australia, 1 in South America, 5 in Europe and 6 in the UK - festivals, TV and radio shows and awards ceremonies.
