Neil Morrissey (born 4 July 1962) is an actor, voice actor, singer, comedian and businessman. He is known for his roles in Men Behaving Badly, Waterloo Road and Boon. He has provided voices for numerous children's television series, most notably Bob the Builder (as Bob, Lofty, Roley and Farmer Pickles), Kipper the Dog and Brambly Hedge and Maisy Mouse
