Born 1962 in Kingston (Trenchtown section), Jamaica, died Sept. 1, 2009, in East Patchogue, NY.
He came to prominence as the keyboard player of the Roots Radics. Half of Steely & Clevie, pioneers of the use of drum machines and synthesizers in reggae music. He was also credited for piano, organ, keyboards, bass, vocals, songwriting and sound engineer.
