American singing group of five sisters from New York, New York.
Also known as The Five De Marco Sisters, consisted of five sisters: Anne, Jeanette Gene, Gloria, Marie Terri and Arlene DeMarco.
The group began their career in the mid-1930s when the three oldest (Anne, Jeanette and Gloria) appeared in film shorts. The three youngest DeMarco sisters also appeared regularly on local and national radio at that time. Primarily on radio, and then on television, guesting on Toast of the Town, The Colgate Comedy Hour, The Fred Allen Radio Show and others.
