Founded 1986 in Berlin West by Frenchwoman Françoise Cactus, Frenchman Coco Neubauer and Italian Michele Tutti Frutti, Lolitas played U.S.-orientated garage- and guitar-rock with French lyrics. Started as a trio they quickly enlarged to a quartet as they admit Olga La Basse to the band. Tutti Frutti was later replaced by Tex Morton (real name Peter Hajunga).
