British recording engineer, record producer, film composer & multi-instrumentalist based in the UK. Studied classical flute and piano, followed by several years playing experience in bands, before starting his studio career in the mid ’70s. Has worked with such artists as OMD, The Christians, The Charlatans, The Lightning Seeds, AC/DC, and Echo and the Bunnymen, often at Amazon Studios in Liverpool.
Do NOT confuse with British engineer/producer Peter Coleman based in the U.S. since late 1970s (associated with Mike Chapman, Neil Giraldo and Sam Martin productions).
