Canadian engineer. Started career at Toronto radio station CKEY in 1955. Joined [l299013] in 1962 originally as a lacquer cutter (etched as PH) and tape duplicator, eventually moving to assistant engineer. Moved to [l291288] as chief recording engineer in 1967. Moved to [l274293] in the early 1970 until 1975 when he left and joined with David Greene to form [l710593].
