The Tarney/Spencer Band were a UK rock band formed in 1976 with Trevor Spencer on drums and percussion and backing vocals and Alan Tarney on lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass guitar and lead vocals. Both had worked together in bands formed in Australia and the UK, including James Taylor Move and Quartet. In 1979, the band was discontinued.
