Vocal ensemble based in the United Kingdom, founded in 1989 by scholar / musicologist David Skinner and singer / director Andrew Carwood. Taking its name from the 16th-century cardinal, Thomas Wolsey, it specialises in English Renaissance music.
Although primarily a vocal group, it also has its own period instrumental ensemble.
