Remedy (real name
Ross Filler, also known as Remedy Ross) is an American rapper and producer affiliated with the
Wu-Tang Clan. Hailing from Staten Island, New York, he is best known for his 1998 track Never Again, a powerful song about the Holocaust, which appeared on the Wu-Tang compilation Wu-Tang Killa Bees: The Swarm. As one of the few non-Black artists closely associated with Wu-Tang, Remedy gained respect for his lyrical storytelling and production skills. He released several solo projects, including The Genuine Article (2001) and Code Red (2021), and has worked alongside various Wu-Tang members throughout his career. His music often touches on themes of history, struggle, and identity, setting him apart in the hip-hop landscape.
