Rob Laakso (born 1979, died May 5, 2023, aged 44) was an American multi-instrumentalist, record producer and engineer, best known as the recording partner of indie rock musician Kurt Vile, and in his backing band The Violators. He also played in the shoegaze band Swirlies, among others.
