American Doo-Wop bass singer, songwriter, producer and promoter.
Raised in New York City, he was original member of the 50s vocal group The Heartbeats.
He helped establish [l104016], worked in promotion and management for several other record labels and helped set up the Doo-Wop Hall of Fame. Co-founder of RRG Records and owner of the companies Wally Roker Music and Wally Roker & Associates.
