British classical bassoonist, contrabassoonist, and pedagogue. Born in 1964 in London, England, UK.
He studied at the [l290263]. He played with the Young Musicians Symphony Orchestra for four years and a half and made his professional debut with the Ulster Orchestra at twenty-two years of age. Other groups with whom he has worked include the Britten Sinfonia, and The Nash Ensemble. He was a member of the Orchestra Of The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden in 1995, and became Principal Contra-Bassoon with the Philharmonia Orchestra in 1997.
