Trinidad born DJ and producer. In 1985 he started as an assistant music director for WBLS radio station in New York City before being promoted to the director of the radio station. In 1988 he became A&R director of Atlantic Records. Later he acted as the vice president of A&R at Motown Records then Vice President of A&R at Dreamworks Records.
