Violin and viola player.
Miss Pincus grew up in Philadelphia, where she studied music and played the viola. Later on she took up violin. She was a leading music-preparation supervisor for the New York theater and worked on the orchestration of more than 150 Broadway shows, as well as Off Broadway productions and scores for commercial films, documentaries, television shows and commercials.
She died in 1988 in Dania, Fla. at the age of 71.
