Visual artist, credited for design and artwork. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia in June 21st, 1939. Died in March 17th, 2017 Florida, USA. Ely lived in Barranquilla until 12 then moved to New York and attended Community College of Brooklyn; where he took his first design class there. Later, he was enrolled in the School of Visual Arts, where him graduated and immediately got a job in Business Studies.
