Canadian songwriter, arranger, musician and publisher. Co-founder of publisher Morning Music Ltd. in 1971 with Jury Krytiuk and Stompin' Tom Connors, he took over ownership in 1988 and is now the current owner and president. Also president and owner of Cabot Trail Music.
