Alias for David Howell's work with the early-'90s [l15864] zine, stocked in the FatCat record shop in Covent Garden. When the shop was forced to close down in autumn 1997, owners Dave Cawley and Alex Knight were offered space and support by Björk / [l311] to start up the [l264] label, where Howell worked part-time.
