Around 1997, the name for instrumentalists accompanying the choral group The Sixteen, called Orchestra Of The Sixteen, was changed to The Symphony of Harmony and Invention. Since about the end of 2008, instrumental accompanists have not been credited as part of an independent entity from The Sixteen.
