Victor Simon (b. 1930) is a Soviet and Russian cellist from Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in 1952 and became a soloist (and later concertmaster) of the All-Union Radio Large Symphony Orchestra (cello concertmaster since 1961). Victor had been studying at the Gnesins Academy (1980–1996) and Moscow Conservatory (since 1996).
