Italian (b.1952) photographer who based himself in the UK. Documented the late 1970s - early 80s punk / post-punk & new romantic scene in Liverpool and the north west. Mellina also set up Black Eye Records, managed Pete Burns band Nightmares In Wax (who later changed their name to Dead or Alive) and now manages Generation.
