Spencer's photos, artwork and design have appeared on 45s and LPs including the Sex Pistols, Angry Samoans, Marshall Crenshaw, Buddy Guy, Gregg Turner, Alejandro Escovedo, Gary Panter, Avengers, John Cale, Germs, Dead Boys, Wang Chung, the Gears and KAOS. He appeared in the punk rock documentary Don't Be Afraid to Pogo (2015)
