DJ Cocoa Chanelle is an award-winning Deejay / On-Air personality formerly of HOT 97 in New York City and BET Networks. She is a music producer and lyricist that produced and recorded vocally with several Legendary Hip Hop artists including writing, recording, and scratching the hook for Rakim's single titled Euphoria. Additionally, Cocoa produced the first single for Atlantic Records recording artist signed by Just Blaze, Saigon titled Pain In My Life. She also produced the first single for LOX member Sheek Louch released on Universal Music, Styles P and others. She created the all female remix to Ghostface Back Like That featuring herself, Da Brat & Lil Mo. She also added additional vocals to Ghostface Killah's single titled We Celebrate and provided scratches for The Kings of Swing in the early 90s
