This is a pseudonym for Kevin Martin, who was responsible for writing the liner notes on Terminal Cheesecake's Angels In Pigtails album. This has been confirmed by Terminal Cheesecake's Russell Smith, when interviewed by The Quietus website on an article looking back at this album.
