Cuero was an Argentinian 1970s rock band fronted by guitarist
Nestor Nacho Smilari, formed from the dissolution of heavy rock cult heroes Piel de Pueblo (one album in 1972). They released two albums. The first one,
Tiempo después (1973), is a hard blues rock effort with psychedelic hints. The second album,
Crecimiento, (1974) instead veers towards Latin jazz rock.
