Greek bouzouki player. Born in 1956 in Chalastra, Thessaloniki, Greece - Died 14 September 2021 in Thessaloniki, Greece.
He took theoretical lessons at the [l1421764]. At the age of 15, he started working professionally in big nightclubs in Thessaloniki as the first bouzouki. Between 1982 and 1984, he was a member of Νίκος Παπάζογλου's band Λοξή Φάλαγγα. In 1984, he opened his own meeting place in Thessaloniki, 'Μουσική Ταβέρνα Λιόλιος' (=Music Tavern Liolios), with his wife Φωτεινή Κοφινά.
Father of Κώστας Λιόλιος & the bouzouki soloist Δημήτρης Λιόλιος (3). He was father-in-law of Ελένη Πέτα.
