American visual artist. Dorothy designed the cover for Steely Dan's 'Countdown To Ecstasy' album in 1973, though on the album she is credited as Dotty Of Hollywood. Since the late 60's Dorothy was the partner of Steely Dan singer Donald Fagen and she co-wrote some of the band's early songs. Dorothy would also contribute to the design/photography of later Steely Dan albums 'Katy Lied' and 'Aja'.
