British beat/pop group formed 1964 at the College of St. Mark & St. John, then located on King's Road in Chelsea, London. Disbanded in 1967, though several former members would come together the following year to help record the budget label concept album' The Ballad Of Fred The Pixie' released under the band's name and not released until 1969.
